At Dr Javaria Skin Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- Not damaged or tampered with
Please note that products that have been used, opened, or physically damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered by our team.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange or refund accordingly. Refunds may take a few business days depending on the payment method.
